Nutrition and Eating Right

Eating the right way does not need to be made difficult or even inconvenient. We all know, for example, that sugars and processed food (like flour products) are bad foods.

Avoiding soda pop, including the low-calorie, low-carbohydrate and diet varieties, is a great step to better health and fitness. Here is something to consider...soda has no nutritional value. It is basically sugar, and can negatively impact your organs, teeth and bones over time if too much is consumed. Not to mention, it can contribute to obesity and diabetes. Frankly, it is best to avoid it in lieu of numerous more healthy alternatives.

Ok folks, it really is simple. Choose lean meats and other high protein sources, good carbohydrate sources, and drink plenty of water!!! Tea is great too! Also, no diet regiment would be complete without a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. It is important to note that the preferred varieties are those with darker skin colors. Science has shown that fruits and vegetables of darker colors are much better sources or antioxidants, which are excellent for the body and disease deterrents.

Finally, remember that... portion control is everything!!! Simply by resisting the urge to overeat (gluttony) you automatically cut calories. No brainer on that!

Follow this simple program and see how easy it can be!!!!
